1. Introduction

GetSEO Intelligence (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) SEO optimisation platform that provides automated topic clustering, internal link analysis, content gap detection, keyword rank tracking, and AI-generated content roadmaps. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Platform by any individual or entity (“User”, “you”, or “your”) who registers for or uses GetSEO Intelligence.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and GetSEO Intelligence. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access GetSEO Intelligence you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for:

• •Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• •All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• •Notifying us immediately at support@getseo.tools if you suspect unauthorised access.
• •Ensuring that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to disable any account at our discretion, particularly where we believe credentials have been compromised or the account is being used in violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

GetSEO Intelligence offers tiered subscription plans, including a Free plan and paid plans (Pro, Agency). Each plan grants access to specific features and usage limits as described on our Pricing page. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

3.2 Payment Processing via Paddle

All billing for paid subscriptions is processed by Paddle, our authorised payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes payment information on our behalf and is responsible for compliance with applicable payment regulations. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle’s terms of service and privacy policy.

3.3 Billing Cycle & Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorise us (via Paddle) to charge your payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee on each renewal date.

3.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify plan pricing and features at any time. Where a change affects your active subscription, we will notify you with at least 14 days’ notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GetSEO Intelligence only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• •Scraping, bulk-downloading, or extracting data from the Platform by automated means beyond normal API usage.
• •Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from any part of the Platform.
• •Using the Platform to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful or illegal content.
• •Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access to your account or the Platform without prior written consent.
• •Circumventing any rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or access controls.
• •Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• •Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and, where appropriate, terminate or suspend access without prior notice.

5. AI & Data Disclaimer

GetSEO Intelligence uses artificial intelligence models to generate content recommendations, SEO roadmaps, cluster analyses, and related outputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

• •AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• •We do not warrant that recommendations will improve search engine rankings or achieve any specific business outcome.
• •You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining the appropriateness of any AI-generated content before publishing or acting upon it.
• •Content produced by the Platform must not violate third-party intellectual property rights, applicable law, or search engine guidelines.
• •We are not liable for any damages arising from your reliance on AI-generated outputs.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and high-availability service, but we do not guarantee that GetSEO Intelligence will be available without interruption, error, or data loss. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• •Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• •Infrastructure failures or third-party service outages.
• •Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable. No service level agreement (SLA) is implied by these Terms unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time via the account settings in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless you qualify under our Refund Policy.

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or pose a risk to the Platform, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GetSEO Intelligence and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities — arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to GetSEO Intelligence in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your account.
